We reserve the right to decline any order where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that treatment is not appropriate or safe for you. Providing false or misleading information during the consultation process may result in immediate termination of your service and could place your health at serious risk.
All prescription medicines dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Cheadle are issued only after a thorough review of your medical questionnaire by one of our qualified pharmacist prescribers. A valid prescription will be generated and retained on record in compliance with GPhC and NHS guidelines.
We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without a valid, clinically appropriate prescription. Our prescribers may request additional information, decline to prescribe, or recommend that you consult your GP before we proceed. Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly before you complete a purchase. You will not be charged more than the price confirmed at the point of your order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications will be sent in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that your nominated delivery address is correct. We cannot be held liable for medicines lost or damaged due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines under the Medicines Act 1968, except where the product is found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve any such issues promptly.
